i love you grandma

4 years ago today my grandma passed. she was seriously so awesome. i miss her, and cant wait to see her again.

went camping last weekend. it was pretty funny. just 4 girls on a camping trip in the middle of january. who does that? haha. we are trying to do something productive every weekend. so far so good.

light of Christ

i was in institute the other day and heard this...
"there will be boys...(or girls)...that will see the light of Christ in your eyes and will fall in love with it....you dont need to date all of them."
people are drawn to the light of Christ, but who said you have to date ever single one of them. you can be their friend. if being around you makes them want to be better then great! but dont settle for anything less than what you have set your sights on.

make a toast to life

although life is tough and can get us down, enjoy it! life is so short-too short. LIVE! when the day is over, its gone. no rewinding, no pause, and no fast forward. why would you want to do that. surround yourself with happy people who want you to be happy and you want to make them happy. surround yourself with the gospel. true happiness and true joy are found there. LOVE. when you love yourself its easy to love others. making others happy can only make you happy. so make a toast to life and live it.
